Best service in town! Never a wait to be seated and food comes quickly. Food is amazing and margaritas are just as great. The staff remember us and always are excited to see us when we come, which makes us want to keep coming back

Margaritas is home away from home. The staff is so kind. You're greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. The food and margaritas are superb. The service is top notch. Best around town. They are always consistent. You won't be disappointed!

I only gave it a 1 because their was no zero. The waitress acted like she didn’t speak English very welll !!! We received food we DID NOT order and her English got a lot better when she wanted to disagree. I think it was a scam to screw up our order and jack up our bill !!

Very nice place for get to gethers and dinner and it party’s. Th food is good and cleanliness is good as well. The service is fast and is good for a dinning our night.

Food was good but staff seemed like they weren't sure who needed to do what. Not sure if they were short that night or if they were training someone new but it definitely effected the experience.

VERY slow. Took 30 minutes for nachos. The servers pretend not to understand basic English. Do not come here if you have anywhere else to be that day. And the food is hardly worth the wait. Drinks are basically juice.

The real restaurant is really named Si Senor. The food was great. Our waitress, Courtney, was excellent. The rest of the staff need to take classes on how to work in the service industry. They are rude, combative and argumentative. They refuse to acknowledge that the cook made an error on our order and wanted us to pay for his lack of concentration when orders are called This is truly sad because this was a nice, clean restaurant with an "A" from the health department. If you can put up with the rest of the horrible staff and want a good meal, go in and ask for Courtney as a waitress.

We have been going to margaritas for over 20 years. And for all those 20 years, the food has been excellent. The service is excellent. This is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants around. Make sure to get the queso with your chips and try the fajitas!

While the food is good the only exceptional service that I receive begins and ends at the hostess station. On another occasion as I made my order to go, hoping to escape the dine in "service", it still happens. Dealing with someone that will make it very obvious that they do not want to be there. I guess at the time, as the order was not for me, I did sympathize. As for the bar far be it from me to question the actual margaritas there. I do, however, find them lacking in the preparation of other mixed drinks. Well... in all honesty I've never had their margaritas anyway. For example the barkeep prepared me a gin and tonic... with seltzer water. Once again though the food is delicious

The customer service here is always excellent. I enjoy the food as well. However, I'm not sure what happened today, but the place was crawling with roaches, and when I brought this to the managers attention, he did not offer anything. He simply told me they had sprayed the day before because of a bug issue. I'm not sure that I'll be returning anytime soon.

Excellent and flavorful food, I love the atmosphere this place has, and the employees were super nice. I will surely visit here again.

Authentic mexican food! (Yes I'm mexican) any place that serves a dish with cactus in it is approved in my book. Salsa that comes out with the chips is not that great. Too much garlic for my taste buds. You can ask for a different salsa (more spicy) and they will bring it to you. Prices are good. Quick service. Will be back.

This was an amazing unexpected experience. Thought my son and I was just trying another Mexican restaurant. Yet,upon walking through the doors there was an instant change in our energy!! The atmosphere was exciting, service was great, food and timelines was awesome. It is now,my go to Mexican restaurant!!! Keep up the great work...u earned 2 new loyal customers!

Prices are soooo good you'd think your at taco bell but the food is hot fresh and quick. Our server was Jorge and he was spot on. He brought more chips and salsa and our 2 4 1 allday everyday house margaritas for 8.00 for 2 were delish. Guacamole was fresh and tastey. This is my new favorite mexican spot I will tell all my peeps.So glad I found this place. Love it.

Best Mexican food in the Jackson metro area by far And their staff is super nice always there when you need them! Their beef burrito with re fried beans and rice can't be beat!

Ask to sit in Max's section bc he is the best server there!! I have been eating here for many many years and it is still my favorite Mexican restaurant. My husband is obsessed with the Hennessy margarita. Best environment...they make us feel like family.

Not impressed at all! Food was good but not seasoned well. And I don't even know what that green sauce was. Sorry...but the truth. Food looks good though.

I came to Margarita’s with my family today- the day after Christmas. I told the waiter to use a gift card ($25) first then use my debit card. I opened the gift card at the table. The waiter asked: “Are sure you got money?” I said excuse me. The waiter said: “Your card going to decline.” I asked for the manager. He said the manager is busy. I told him I didn’t care. I waited for the manager to come to the table. I expressed to the Manager that I felt a way for the waiter to say that before taking my payment. The manager stated he would talk to the waiter. I said can you at least take gratuity off of my ticket. The manager did; however, when I was walking out the manager tells me you not the only one who card declines. MY CARD NEVER DECLINED!!! The manager said this in front of other customers. I told them that I would report it. I do not know what the waiter to ask me if I had money just because I wanted to use a gift card. I will never go back

Excellent food! Waiter was super friendly. Portion sizes were very generous! Drinks were divine! Will visit there when I'm back near Jackson!

GREAT MEXICAN FOOD, THE HAPPY PLATE IS MY GO TO...

First time we had been in years, and it was as good as always. The carnitas were the best I've had in a long time.

The atmosphere was different but the company was great

Food was acceptable. We ordered steak fajitas and Chile Verde. My friend really liked the fajitas, and I liked the rice. Their salsa is nothing to write home about. We were there for 2 for 1 margaritas. They were alright. Service was really good and our waiter was really nice.

My spouse and I truly enjoyed ourselves this afternoon. We had a great waitress by the name of Mrs. Phine. She assured we had everything we needed and was very considerate. The food was great and the drinks 🍸 was the 💣... Definitely coming back ... Great Job...

Terrible!The service was terrible- the waitress had time for every table except for ours. Asked for chips and salsa- never got it. The margaritas were extremely bitter. When we informed the waitress her response was, "Yeah. They're buy one get one free, so."- and she walked away. The next day 3 out of my party of 4 were sick!Just to make matters worse- I realised a week later that my card was charged twice! Do not go here. There's too many Mexican restaurants in the area or have to deal with this b.s.Oh- and don't look too hard- you'll see dust and dirt caked onto everything in the restaurant. That should have been the first red flag😆

If I could give this 0 STARS I would!! Once we went in we were not greeted. No big deal. We go to sit down and there are eyelashes stuck on the seat! We brushed that off and just changed the chairs around. The new chair was nasty too and covered in food. Wiped it off and sat down. Service was good and didn’t have to wait long to get our drinks or order our food. Well... we went to pour the salsa in the bowl and the bowls were NASTY. they hard hard crust on them. All 4 of them! We asked for new bowls and went on with our business. I started looking around for their health department report that is suppose to be on the wall. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I looked at the floor because I was curious of how often they clean and there were TWO HUGE ROACHES on the floor!!!! AFTER THAT I WAS DONE!!! by then, our food came out and everything was soggy and cold. We left and will never EVER be returning!!

If you eat here do not use your debit or credit card there because they taking money out of your account 😡😡

I went to this restaurant June 26, 2020 I paid $62 on food and $17 on drinks so why this morning I’m getting a text saying they charging my card again today at 7:04am JULY 18, 2020 twice $62 & $17 this is really sad but I knew he had my card to damn long he even forgot he had my card I had to go off on the man and tell him I was the first one to give u my card THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS WISH I CAN SHOW YALL THE PICTURES but If y’all eat here please us cash 💵

Prices on the menu are incorrect. They charge more than the price shown then claim you were looking at "lunch" prices even though there is no designation of which are lunch prices. Food good service good but felt ripped off on price.

Very good service and tastes food

On August 16, 2019 We weren’t greeted; we stood for 20 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged for seating. Took about 15 more minutes before someone took our order. After we placed our order they brought the wrong orders to our table twice . Then brought our entrees and never brought the appetizer so I had it removed . Waitress checked on us twice . The food was great but the service was horrible !!

The Burrito Sabroso was fantastic! Loved the avocado and jalapeno slices on top. And, the waitress was very attentive with drink refills.

They lie about there prices. An they said that they are going to correct it, they don't. So don't go there. And they will over charge you on your ticket when they think you had to much to drink . So be mindful of you ticket please.

Best restaurant taco I've ever had. Good service, great atmosphere. Salsa was homemade and really good. Coke products are a plus too!
